After completing the classroom training, new hires are paired with experienced Field Training Officers for on-the-job training. This program is divided into three phases:
Trainees observe the FTO performing daily duties, gaining insight into the practical aspects of security work.
Under close supervision, the trainee begins to perform tasks, applying classroom knowledge to real-world situations.
Trainees take on duties independently while the FTO provides oversight, evaluation, and feedback, ensuring readiness for solo assignments.
